1. I am afraid to try hypnotherapy because I don't like the idea of not being in control. I don't think I can be hypnotised anyway. Can you help?

"Hypnosis or trance state is simply an altered state of consciousness that is easily achievable through a willingness to do so and using guided visualisation and other methods. Under hypnosis you remain in control at all times and cannot be made to do anything against your free will and choice."

 

2. How do I know if hypnotherapy will work for me?

"By accessing the subconscious mind, the platform for our behavioral motivations and triggers, we can successfully create lasting change, breakdown negative patterns and build positive ones."

 

3. I don't want to spend a lot of money, will I need many sessions?

"Once again, by working with the subconscious mind we are able to create change quickly. As few as 2 or 3 sessions may be needed. It's important to remember that healing is a process and more sessions may be needed in some cases to produce the best possible outcome."
